We make it our business to be aware of every home and property on the market. We even know of properties that will be available, but have yet to formally be placed on the market. Just give us some idea of what you are looking for, we will review our sources of real estate listing information and send you everything within your price range that matches your criteria. We can save you a great deal of time!

You might be a bit afraid or intimidated by the whole process of buying next home. It will be our job to guide you, from beginning to end, through each and every step of the buying process. One of the first questions to ask is how much can you afford. You might have an idea of the loan payment and mortgage you can afford, but a quick and painless visit to the bank can confirm those figures. It is best to “pre-qualify” for a mortgage so you know exactly how much you are able to borrow. This visit to the bank or mortgage company will also let you see what kind of finance packages are available, what current interest rates are, how much of a down payment you might need, and other factors essential in the buying process.
